HPCS 2008 - Québec City, June 9-11

News updates:

1. •Conference is now over; many thanks to all those who participated !
   

2. •Underground parking is available at the conference venue
   

3. •On-Site registration will be possible, but please try to register in advance so that we can prepare your badge before your arrival!
   

4. •A shuttle bus between the Vachon and Desjardins buildings will be available during the joint session with the CAP congress
   

5. •Information for presenters and session chairs can be found here.
   

6. •The program has been declared final candidate !
   

7. •HPCS participants are cordially invited to the Herzberg public lecture (Sunday 7:30 pm), and to another public lecture on the history of science in Québec (Monday 8:00 pm)
   

8. •Warning: all remaining hotel rooms, including student housing, are released 30 days prior to conference (May 10th)
   

9. •Early bird registration rates have been extended to May 4th
   

10. •If you haven’t reserved your hotel room, you should do it now;
    the two downtown hotels have now released their rooms, prices are subject to change without notice

12. •The on-line registration server is now up and running
    

13. •The problem with the IEEE PDF Express server is now solved; authors should submit their final manuscript as soon as possible by following IEEE instructions
