Information for Presenters

Oral presentations are allocated the following time slots:

1. •Invited speakers and keynotes: 35 min. talk + 5 min. for questions
   

2. •Regular sessions: 20 min. talk + 5 min. for questions
   

3. •Vendor sessions: 20 min. talk + 5 min. for questions
   

4. •Joint CAP/HPCS session (#4): 25 min. talk + 5 min. for questions
   

Session chairs will ensure that oral presentations keep to the published schedule. In the event that a speaker fails to appear, the session should be recessed until the start of the next scheduled talk, or the session chair may elect to open a discussion of earlier papers.

All conference rooms will be equipped with:

1. •Overhead data projector with standard VGA-style connector (Mac users should not forget their DVI to VGA adapter)
   

2. •PC/Windows with Office 2003 suite and USB port
   

3. •Wireless Internet
   

The Hydro-Québec auditorium and Le Cercle restaurant will provide wireless microphones for the speakers.
