Registration

The on-line registration server accepts payments using Amex, MasterCard, and Visa. Early bird registration fees are $350 for non-students, and $175 for students (including banquet). After May 1st, registration fees will be raised to $400 and $225, respectively.

At least one author needs to be registered before April 15th, or the corresponding paper will be removed from the proceedings. If your final manuscript exceeded the allocated page limit (7), do not forget the pay the extra page fee (100$/extra page).

Because Québec City should be quite busy in June, do not forget to reserve a hotel as soon as possible. Please note that the hotels that we have selected for you will release their rooms either 30 or 45 days prior to the conference. For more info, click here.

If you come to the conference venue by car, there is underground parking in the Desjardins building. The cost is 11$ per day, payable to an onsite vending machine.
